Interim notice
This is an interim notice written for the testing period and is under legal review. We will replace it with a confirmed version before launch, and testers will be told when that happens.
The sign-in page
The sign-in page at www.aventelli.com/signin loads nothing from other sites, runs no tracking scripts and sets no advertising cookies.
When you press Continue, your email address goes to avenTelli Testing for the sole purpose of filling in its sign-in screen. It is not stored here and it is not written to our logs.
You type your password, and your two-step code if you use one, on avenTelli Testing’s own screen — never on this website. avenTelli Testing accounts are held by Amazon Cognito, and sign-in codes are emailed through Amazon SES.
The contact form
What you send, and the details you enter, reach our team by email. A copy is kept on our website host. How long we keep these is under review and this notice will say so once it is settled.
Please do not send health, financial or other private details through the form.
Server logs
Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs, which can include internet addresses. We are checking how long these are held and will state it here.
