How we work
Done right the first time
Even when it is temporary. We design with growth in mind now, so the work does not have to be redone later.
A restore point before anything new
Every system we build, customer-facing or internal, gets a rollback and a code freeze before new functionality starts. No exceptions and no heroics.
Internal tools get the same care
The test bench our own people use is built to the same standard as the product customers see. The same philosophy rules all of our work.
We publish what we got wrong
If we learn from our own mistakes we get better. If we learn from everyone’s, we have a chance of being good.
Open roles
We have no roles open right now. We would rather show an empty list than keep a stale one up.
