Privacy notice

What this notice covers

It covers aventelli.com only — the contact form and the careers form on this website. Each avenTelli product has, or will have, its own notice. Telli 5 has its own, at tellifive.com/privacy.html.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, and only when you send it:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company or organization if you give one, the topic you pick, and your message.
• Careers form: your name, email address, area of interest, where you’re based if you give it, a link to your work if you give one, and your message.

We don’t store your IP address. To stop automated abuse we keep a one-way scrambled version of it for a short time, which cannot be turned back into an address.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your details, ever.
• We don’t use them for advertising or aim ads at you.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list from a form on this site.
• There is no advertising code on this website.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is worth writing more of. We have turned off its advertising features, so your visit here is not used to target ads at you anywhere.

Nothing loads until you actually do something on the page — scroll, tap or type. If you read a page and leave, no statistics are collected at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honour it and load nothing.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to consider you for work here if you wrote to us through the careers form. That is all.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Careers inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can come back to you when something suitable opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who can see it

Only people at avenTelli Group who need to. Your message is stored on our hosting with Hostinger, who host this site for us, and is emailed to our own avenTelli address. No one else receives it. Visit statistics are processed by Google, who act for us under their own terms; they never see what you type into a form.

Your choices

Write to us through the contact form and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’d rather not use a form at all, you don’t have to — nothing on this site requires you to send anything.

Children

This website is for adults. The forms are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect details from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

When this interim notice is replaced by the full reviewed policy, the new one will be posted here with its own date. If a change materially affects people who have already written to us, we’ll say so clearly.
